Safety issues

Yes, it is safe to cycle in our city. The course is mostly flat and there are many stops to tell stories and take pictures.
Bike tours Buenos Aires is the first biking tour company in town, and we have been cycling since 2002. The city is much more bike friendly nowadays. Our tours will make as much use as possible of bike lanes (80/90% of the bike tour).
We also provide helmets for each clients and we recommend not to bring expensive jewelry or watches to the tour.

ABOUT THE BIKE TOURS

We meet up at General San Martín Square (next to the General San Martin -on horse- statue).
The address of the square is: 775 Santa Fe Avenue approximately, in Retiro, Buenos Aires City. Make sure to be at the square, and walk around the monument to find us.
If it rains, the tour will be canceled. We will contact you at least 60 minutes before the start of the tour to inform you about a cancellation. Never leave your hotel or your apartment before checking your email and/or Whatsapp for last minute changes.
In case of a cancellation there is always the possibility to reschedule the tour.
When in doubt of weather, please contact us in advance.
Yes, yes, yes. You will have time at every stop to take many great photos of all the important monuments and places we visit.
Yes, our regular bike tours are everyday at 9:30 am and 2 pm. (with exception of 25th of December and 1st of January).
If you want to make sure to find available bikes and guides, please let us know in advance that you want to join us.
It doesn't matter, all our tour guides are English speakers and all of our regular bike tours are in English and Spanish.
Our tours were designed for cyclists of all levels.
The route is mostly flat and there are plenty of stops for guiding references and taking pictures.
It is not the Tour de France, you will be fine!
Try to wear something comfortable. We suggest you to put on sneakers (not flip-flops).
If it is cold bring a jacket.
Since it can be very sunny, you should also bring sun block. Especially in the spring and summer months, from September until March, approximately.
Yes, we do. We can offer a private tour in your language and you get to decide how many hours you want to bike, places to see and much more.

Yes, although we recommend you to contact us in advance so we can accommodate you in the regular tour or fix a special customized tour if possible.
Yes, we have a small selection of children's bikes. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

All Tours are preferably paid in cash on the day of the tour; but payment through Paypal is also possible.
Bikes, helmets, 1 bottled water and English guide are included in the price.

Our office is located at San Martín 910 piso 6º, 2 blocks away from Plaza San Martín. This is NOT the Meeting Point. It is in San Martin Square, next to the monument to General San Martin.
