This bike tour is ideal for those who want to know the outskirts of Buenos Aires and love the adventures. It combines train, bicycles, canoes and lots of fun.

General description
We will start our bike tour at our Meeting Point, riding until the Train station of Retiro where we will take a train until the town of Tigre (around 1 hour approximately). Once in Tigre, we will cycle through local streets, next to beautiful rowing clubs and the peaceful river shore, stopping at the best views of the Reconquista, Tigre and Luján rivers to enjoy the Delta beauty. We will visit the old “Fruit market”, Tigre Museum and you will have the chance to discover Tigre from the seat of your bicycle and delight in the variety of remarkable and elegant palaces. Later we will take a small-group canoe tour to paddle down smaller rivers and canals of the Delta, to see its nature and wildlife. A unique opportunity to enjoy the Delta from the inside.
Main points of the tour:

Fruit Market.
Here will have the chance to know this traditional port, its historical market, learn about its current function and the products like cane furniture, bamboo baskets, fruits and other natural products from the Delta can be found.

“Paseo Victorica” Boulevard.
After crossing the main bridge of the town we will ride on the most picturesque boulevard and be delighted by its nice sights.

La Marina Rowing Club – Luján River
At this stop we will witness the intersection of the two main rivers of The Delta. Let´s enjoy the great view of the islands, the most imposing rowing Club´s building in town and the lifestyle stories of the islanders.

Tigre Art Museum.
This is undoubtedly the best-known museum and the most beautiful building in the city, we will see it from outside yet we will have the chance to visit its lovely gardens. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Canoe ride.
After 45 minutes of biking approximately, we will take a canoe ride through the canals of Tigre and enjoy the beautiful native plants and animals of the Delta. The boat ride is around 60 minutes long.

Parana's River Delta.
Heavy blooming vegetation and rich colorful birdlife make this natural landscape a tropical-alike oasis. Its many nearby islands hide the most peaceful and luxury exclusive resorts as well as cozy riverside restaurants.

Return to the train station and back to Retiro.
Finally, we will come back to the continent to ride back to the train station to Retiro. Train ride about 1 hour (each way).
We provide bycicles, helmets, medical assistance, a bottle of water and knowledgeable English-speaking guides with proven experience. In case of rain, we provide you with rain gear and the tour is only canceled if it rains heavily. Child seats available. In our tours all ages are welcome.
